Drawing with ink is like visiting an old, Midwestern friend. It's coffee on the porch or a quaint conversation lingering a little too long into the night. It's lying in bed with your partner laughing about that weird cat joke no one else will ever understand. Or not caring where you are because you're exactly where you're supposed to be. Each new drawing is a flurry of mistakes that had to be accepted -- every last drawing is a hope that one less mistake had been made. My art is a conversation with my friends resting on the shoulders of my favorite cartoonists and illustrators. I hope you enjoy.
